      You set the prices and work direclty with the renters through phone or email.
      Free availability calendar through Renters.org
    The cost of your yearly subscription depends on the type of property:
    • Week TimeShare Unit: $39.99
    • Private Home or Condo: $149.99
    • Hotel or Resort: Call for Pricing
     
    How can I join?
    Follow our easy steps to start marketing and advertising your Okoboji rental property.
      Print the attached registration form and mail your check to Okoboji Rentals.
      Once your check is received, your user name and password will be setup and provided to you via email. We will normally setup your Okoboji Rentals account within 1-2 business days of the payment being received.
      With your username and password, login to your Property Management system.
      Start adding your property information, pictures, prices and availability calendar.
      Continually keep your property information updated. Through your Property Management system, you can update your property at any time.
