| | | Description: Summary: Welcome to Fillenwarth Beach! Our resort is nestled on the blue waters of West Lake Okoboji. There are a wide variety of accommodations from which to choose, all with luxury beds, kitchens, and maid service. Our guests enjoy free skiing, sailing, and cocktail cruises, and a host of unique amenities. You will enjoy Okoboji more at Fillenwarth Beach. Accommodations vary from apartments to villas, studios to cottages for your summer vacation. All of our units are non-smoking and have luxury bedding, including pillowtop mattresses and comfortable sofa sleepers. Each room has a fully furnished kitchen, air-conditioning, cable TV, DVD, phone and a grill on the patio or deck. We have daily maid service. Our units are right on the waterfront of West Lake Okoboji or across the street with lake access.
We are more than just a place to stay. Complimentary activities include family or adult cruises on our 49’ Sun Runner boats, water skiing and lessons, sailing and our million dollar home cruise. Guests can see the lake on their own in our canoes, paddleboats and rowboats or enjoy it from our lounge chairs on our docks, the area’s largest sunning docks. We have two playgrounds and kids of all ages enjoy our heated indoor and our outdoor pools. Our diverse recreation program includes daily arts and crafts for adults and children, swimmercize, and weekly get-acquainted parties, cooking for kids, children’s games and wine, beer and chocolate tastings. Our main office building has a game room and Wi-Fi. All of these amenities are free and available only to Fillenwarth guests.
We are located in the town of Arnolds Park, Iowa just off Highway 71. We are two blocks north of Historic Arnolds Park Amusement Park and one block north of the Central Emporium shopping and dining complex. Several excellent shops, restaurants and nightspots are within an easy walking distance. The sunsets are breathtaking on our afternoon beach. Our excellent location provides easy access to many of the best activities offered at Okoboji.
