Full Description: Our home is furnished with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, gas grill, cable t.v/dvd/vcr, all cooking and eating equipment, air conditioning and more. It is located directly across the street from the Dickenson County Recreational trail, a 14-mile, hard-surfaced trail that winds through the heart of the Iowa Great Lakes and joins the four communities of Spirit Lake, Okoboji, Arnolds Park and Milford. Prices are for Saturday-Saturday, weekly rentals, Memorial day through Labor Day. Winter Lease available.
In addition to your rental fee, we require a $250 cleaning fee and a $500 refundable rental guarantee/damage deposit to secure your reservation. Rental fee is due one month prior to arrival.
Ours is a pet free/smoke free home.
