Located just 2 miles south are 2 separate State boat ramps and in walking distance there are hundreds of acres of public state parks. The front lawn is large enough to have a great round of Frisbee golf or even a nice game of catch. The home offers 3 open floors. The master suite has a King size pillow top bed, large color TV and full private bath. The main floors open floor plan houses the kitchen living room and full shower. Sleeping on the main floor is accomplished on a Futon and a fold out queen sofa bed. For sleeping in the basement there is a queen size bed just beyond the divider.
