Full Description: Available September 2010 to May 2011 for off season rental. This is a 2 bedroom upper duplex unit with a full bathroom overlooking East Okoboji, located at the north end of the lake with 115 foot of lakeshore.

The unit has a large 400+ sq ft deck for sitting out and relaxing while overlooking the lake or to grill out on. Two bedrooms both include a queen size bed. In the living room is a day bed and there is a large open area in the living room for kids to put sleeping bags. Living room also has a table with seating for 6+ and the dining room has a table for 4. The kitchen was updated in 2010 and has new appliances and a granite counter as well as many upgraded place settings and cookware.

No Smoking and no pets. You bring your own towels and wash cloths, most everything else provided. We have a large kitchen area, with ample place settings and cookware.

We are located on a great area on East for skiing or wakeboarding and other water activities as there is low boat traffic in the area. We are also directly across the street from the area bike trail. We also include free wireless internet!

You can combine this unit with the three bedroom unit to accomodate large groups. Great for family gatherings. Large circle drive for vehicles.
