Full Description: Enjoy spectacular sunrises, quiet area in Francis Sites. this lower walkout, right on the water, has 4 bedrooms! Three bedrooms have queen beds, a large closet, window. The 4th bedroom has 2 twins, large closet and window. 2 full bathrooms, laundry, central air/cable/local phone/ 40' dock. Also a queen hide-a-bed in livingroom. Kitchen has everything you need to cook with. All bedding and towels are supplied. Masterbedroom is on the water, right outside is a covered patio that is waterproof,the weather can't spoil the fun here. Another patio is off the kitchen and has a large picnic table and charcoal grill. There are 3 more decks on the water and alot of privacy. No pets or smoking.

SUMMER RENTAL RATES;weekly rates, Sat- Sat starting June $900, starting June 20th, weekly rate is $2000, june 27th-July 4th $2400, all other July and August weeks $2000, Labor Day weekend is $700. You will have to contact us for partial weeks or weekends.All weeks require a $500.00 deposit, refunded after your stay. no pets or smoking.Availability changes daily, call for update.
