Flat screen TV’s with cable service and free Wi-Fi. The patio is perfect for using the furnished grill, and watching the kids! Swimming pool in the backyard with gazebo and picnic area. Lots of green space for kids to run and play. 6 free daily passes to the Boji Splash indoor water park as well as access to the large lagoon style outdoor pool featuring the area’s only swim up pool bar. Walking distance to Braccos Waterfront Restaurant and Island Bar. For the benefit of our own family and guests, we do NOT allow any smoking or pets!

The upper level Master bedroom is extremely spacious with a king sized bed and private bath. The upper level 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed and the 3rd bedroom has full over full bunk beds and a futon.. The lower level couch has a queen sized sofa sleeper. Flat screen TV’s with cable service and free Wi-Fi. Washer and dryer available for your use and all linens are supplied. Fully furnished kitchen with dishes, cookware and a Keurig! The patio is perfect for using the furnished grill, and relaxing with the kids! The swimming pool in the backyard is just steps away with a gazebo and picnic area. Lots of green space for kids to run and play. Six free daily passes to the Boji Splash indoor water park as well as access to the large zero entry lagoon style outdoor pool featuring the area’s only swim up pool bar. Walking distance to Braccos Waterfront Restaurant and Island Bar. The resort has a kids arcade and an exercise facility for your use as well as a large outdoor play structure. One of only a few cabins with a finished 2 stall garage including TV and foosball table! Close proximity to Arnolds Park and Parks Marina-Barefoot Bar. Please note that we do not allow ANY smoking or pets. The Cabin Association as well as we, as owners, dictate AND enforce that there are absolutely NO bachelor/bachelorette parties or gatherings held at any of the cabins.
