Property Description

Due to such high demand for the entire property, we have decided to combine both levels of accommodations and offer the entire building for weekly rentals (5 night minimum between memorial day and labor day and 2 night minimum all others).

The building consists of 2 levels. The upper level, which sleeps up to 18 consists of:

–9 sleeping rooms (8 with queen beds, 1 with bunk beds)
–Kitchenette
–2 bathrooms with 2 showers and laundry
–Common Seating area w/ TV and small dining table.

The lower level, which can sleep up to 14 consists of:
–A full scale sizable kitchen area for cooking meals if necessary. There is a fridge, 2.5 sinks, stove, and microwave (Cookware included).
–A large open area featuring dining, family area, and recreation area featuring a new pool table. This area also contains 2 hide-a-bed sleepers.
–Suite 1 has one large sleeping room with queen bed with an attached guest sleeping room with a full and twin bed, and this suite also has a private bath.
–Suite 2 has one queen bed and an attached sleeping room with bunk beds and additional twin bed.
–Sleeping Room 3 is like the rooms on the upper level with one queen bed.

Every room has a flat screen tv, and most have a chair, table, and chest.

We have recognized the need to provide year-round large group accommodations for Lake Okoboji and the Iowa Great Lakes. We have a unique venue right in the heart of Arnolds Park on Highway 71. Bars and restaurants are a stone’s throw away. The Boonedocks convenience store and Jimmy Johns are right across the street. The beach is 1 block away and you are across the street from the trail access. When we say you are in the heart of it all…you are at the Central Stay-cation. This unique property is 5000 sq feet, 2500 sq feet up and 2500 sq feet down.

We are NOT a hotel. There are no “guest services”, but we are committed to you having a great time!! Just as you might rent a house for a week, this listing is treated the same with a similar level of service. You take care of the property as if it were your home. 2 keys will be provided when you meet with your property management representative. Fresh sheets and linens are provided at the beginning of your stay. There is free laundry on each level where you can wash and dry linens and/or sheets as guests see fit. There is ample parking. For years “The Graettinger Sweet Corn Man” has been selling corn from our parking lot, and we will continue to accommodate him, and so we request that you park in the rear of the building to help the traffic.

Free Wi-Fi is provided, but speeds may be limited. Streaming of tv, movies, and music is not allowed.

Outside there is a patio set of a table and chairs, additional lawn chairs, fire pit and a gas grill that you can use. Bring your bag games or rope toss and enjoy the yard, or sit and watch the traffic go by.

Peak season: Memorial Day-Labor Day. There is a 5 night minimum.

Non-peak season: All other dates: There is a 2 night minimum with longer minimums at the discretion of management.

There is a $10 per night per guest fee to cover the variable expense of additional guests.and $500 cleaning fee at the end of the stay.
