Unit 221…The cozy studio unit has one bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, cable TV WiFi,and a/c. It has a queen bed, and a full size futon ….$700/wk

A covered boat hoist is available for each unit for an additional $140/week.

There is no smoking in the units or on the grounds, nor are pets allowed at Holiday Villa.

There are community outdoor grilles, a playground for the children, and a nice, long dock for fishing and sunbathing.The units are also right on the Recreational Trail and close to Emerson Bay Campground and Beach that includes several public access boat ramps.
