Unit 220…Beautiful view of West Lake Okoboji from this 2nd floor corner unit. A lovely balcony on the corner, great for sipping early morning coffee or a late night cocktail and enjoying the view of the lake.   This fully accessorized kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, and a bagel toaster . A grill is available as well as a covered boat lift for an additional $140 per week. This 3BR sleeps 12 at maximum with one large shared bathroom with a tub and shower with enough counter space for all your accessories. 2 nice sized queen bedrooms and 1 bunk room that can sleep 6…. Enjoy a/c, cable TV, DVD, WiFi, lots of games and books. $1600/week.

Unit 221…The cozy studio unit has a comfy queen bed, and a full size futon. Sleeps 4. One bathroom with a nice sized shower. Small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and sink with ample counter space. Relax on the balcony with a cup of hot coffee and late night refreshment with a lovely view of the lake. A grill is available as well as a covered boat lift for an additional $140 per week. Later enjoy a movie with cable TV, WiFi, and a/c. ….$700/wk

There is NO smoking in the units or on the grounds, NOR are pets allowed at Holiday Villa.

There are community outdoor grilles, a playground for the children, a private beach for your family to enjoy!and a nice, long dock for fishing and sunbathing or just sitting and relaxing with your favorite book.. The units are also right on the Recreational Trail and close to Emerson Bay Campground and Beach, that includes several public access boat ramps.
