Crescent Beach Resort – Little Sioux Cottage

The Little Sioux Cottage a 1,500 sq. ft. house with deck overlooking the lake and is 30 feet from the lake and our dock system.  The main floor has a large living room with a queen sofa sleeper, a dining area with a full kitchen with dishwasher.  The kitchen boasts a full compliment of amenities to accommodate 8-10 guests. The main floor has three (3) bedrooms, one with a king bed and bathroom with shower and two with one queen bed each. The lower level includes two sets of bunkbeds and two twin beds and a bathroom with shower. Daily maid service is provided. You will find all the amenities of home in this quaint lakefront cottage!
