Our home is a very comfortable 5 bedroom/4 bath home (approx. 3500 sf) and can accommodate up to 16 people in beds. It’s perfect for multiple-family vacations or reunions. It’s located on a 118 foot wide lot overlooking West Okoboji from the Egralharve Point, just north of Village West.

We have five rental weeks available for Summer of 2025:

• Fri 5/23 to Sat 5/31 (8 nights including Memorial Day weekend)
• Sat 5/31 to Sat 6/7 (7 nights)
• Sat 6/28 to Sat 7/5 (7 nights including Fourth of July holiday)
• Sat 7/5 to Sat 7/12 (7 nights)
• Sat 7/12 to Sat 7/19 (7 nights)

Price Details:

• Prime-Season rent (June-Sept): $10,000-$15,000 per week plus
• $400 Cleaning/Booking Fee
• Off-Season (other periods): Lower rates inquire by email.
• $600 Security Deposit and signed Rental Agreement required.
• Iowa 10% occupancy tax on Rent and Cleaning/Booking Fee
